Erap: Guilty of Plunder, Not Guilty of Perjury

The former President Joseph Ejercito Estrada was sentenced guilty while Jinggoy Estrada (Erap's son)and lawyer Eduardo Serapio was acquitted by the Sandiganbayan anti-graft court.

Former president Joseph Estrada has been found guilty beyond reasonable doubt of plunder. The perjury case however was dismissed. Erap was sentenced to a 40 years of imprisonment or Reclusion Perpetua.
