Joseph "Erap" Ejercito Estrada, former president of the Philippines, will appeal the decision by an anti-graft court that convicted him of plunder.
After after receiving a copy of the 262-page ruling, Estelito Mendoza said they will file a motion for reconsideration for the reason that there were many factors and several lapses on the ruling of the Sandiganbayan.
According to Mendoza, they will study the decision of the Sandiganbayan and will file a motion for reconsideration. They have until September 27 to file their motion."
