The Manila City Hall temporarily stopped raiding videoke bars and plans to issue license to legitimate Guest Relations Officer (GRO) and waitress.
This is to stop prostitution and for the legitimate GRO and waitress get out of trouble when raids and inspections are done on videoke bars.
However, Manila Police reiterate that they will still be strict and pursue inspections and raid over bars with illegal activities.
