26-year old socialite, Paris Hilton has filed lawsuit against Kansas City-based Hallmark Cards for the use of her picture and catchphrase “That’s hot” on a greeting card.
“That’s hot” phrase was a trademark owned and registered on Feb. 13, 2007 by the hotel heiress.
Kansas City-based Hallmark Cards said the card was part of a satirical series that parodied celebrities and politicians.
