Controversial Wowowee Host Willie Revillame (a.k.a. Papi or Wowowillie)bailed before his warrant of arrest was served regarding his case filed by his wife Liz Almoro.
In June 2005, Willie was married to former beauty queen Liz Almoro who was already conceiving Juan Emmanuel (Juamee) and in less than two years of being married, rumors spread that the couple’s relationship is getting unwell.
Liz filed charges of violating Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act against Willie.
According to her, Willie shouts and humiliates her while he(Willie) was holding their baby boy, tried to hit her with a chair and throw the remote control, and had “dirty sexual affairs" with different women.
Willie made a counter affidavit, and denied the accusations and said that Liz has explosive moods and hurtful outbursts.
A Php 12,000 worth of bail was provided for Willie’s temporary release before the warrant of arrest was served.
